Complete Processing Cycle

Carding - Soft Bobbin Winding
Preparation of the yarn for the subsequent dyeing phases, by transferring the yarn from bobbin to hank with a circumference ranging from 150 to 200 cm, or to a soft bobbin in perforated tubes of 6 or 8 inches.

Dyeing in Hank or Bobbin
Depending on the yarn and customer requirements, we are able to dye both in hank and bobbin, starting from lots of 1kg up to 500kg.

Unwinding - Bobbin Winding - Conditioning
After the dyeing phase, we rewind the yarn into bobbins, paraffining it with either solid or liquid paraffin, depending on the subsequent applications or type of yarn. On request, we also return the correct humidity level to the yarn in a specialized conditioning chamber.

Quality Check
We are capable of testing key parameters of solidity and conducting detailed checks for uniformity through both straight and tubular machines.
Laboratory
Everything starts here: we design and create colors.
Specialized in mixing shades, we work with all types of fiber: natural, synthetic, and blends.
We offer the creation of custom color cards and solidity tests, ensuring a perfect final result in line with the required specifications.
Dyehouse
Our completely renovated dyeing department is equipped with the best available technologies, allowing us to achieve excellent results.
In the hank section, we have 38 cabinet and arm vats with different capacities, enabling us to perform baths ranging from 1kg to 600kg, as well as a modern air dryer with temperature and humidity control.
In the bobbin section, we have 8 machines, all with air cushions to handle varying loads, with capacities ranging from 1kg to a maximum of 500kg.
In particular, our small machine section is highly appreciated, consisting of 18 machines that allow us to respond promptly to customer requests, especially in the phases of sampling, prototyping, color card creation, and fashion shows.
Every phase, from dyeing to finishing, is handled with meticulous attention to detail to offer a product that meets the highest expectations, both for small and large productions.
